👥 Field teams and officers can easily register, schedule, and execute development projects aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), thematic areas (such as Education, Health, Water & Sanitation, Livelihoods, and Governance), sub-sectors, and Costed Work Plans (CWP). Every project activity is tracked down to the Union Council level, capturing monthly targets, progress metrics, beneficiary demographics, and verified Means of Verification (MOV) documents in real time.

🏢 On the administrative and management side, MIS-SPO empowers regional heads, project managers, and executive leadership with structured workflow routing and approval hierarchies. Specialized roles. including Super Admin, Project Manager (PM), MEAL Team (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), Regional Head (RH), and Data Entry Operator, use role-based dashboards to review submissions, offer feedback, monitor multi-currency budgets (PKR / USD), and enforce compliance with donor agreements.
