Customer Complaint Management System (CCMS)

A web-based platform that streamlines the process of registering, tracking, and resolving customer complaints for electricity distribution companies.


The Customer Complaint Management System (CCMS) is designed to improve customer support by providing a centralized platform for complaint management. Customers can submit complaints, track their status in real time, and receive updates throughout the resolution process. Administrators can efficiently manage complaints, assign them to relevant departments, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution through a structured workflow. The system also includes feeder information, project management modules, user authentication, and an intuitive administrative dashboard.

  •  Developed a centralized complaint management portal using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
  •  Built modules for complaint registration, complaint tracking, feeder details, project management, and user authentication. 
  •  Implemented role-based access control for customers and administrators. 
  •  Developed complaint assignment, status updates, escalation, and resolution workflows. 
  •  Integrated email notifications and complaint history tracking. 
  •  Designed RESTful backend APIs and optimized database queries for improved performance. 
  •  Created a responsive and user-friendly interface for efficient complaint submission and monitoring.
