Laravel AI SDK 1.1 Adds Agent Skills and Cohere Chat

The Laravel AI SDK ecosystem is moving fast. Version 1.1 introduces Agent Skills, a standardized pattern for packaging reusable prompt tools, memory stores, and function-calling schemas into modular, shareable packages.
